Cancellation and No-Show Policy

*We have a strict requirement of a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to canceling an appointment and 48 hours would be preferred so we may offer any available appointments to other clients. Last-minute cancellations will be charged at full rate.

*No-Show appointments are also enforced at full rate, please do your best to keep track of your appointments and respect the therapist’s time.

*If you are late to an appointment (traffic can be a bear and we all lose track of time on occasion) we will do our best to work with the remaining time left when you do arrive for your appointment. It is up to the therapist’s discretion if they can take you over the originally allotted time.
