IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
Cancellation and No Show Policy
If we arrive to your home or work place and you are absent we will reach out to you first through a phone call, if we don't hear a response we'll proceed to send a text message, then an email. If after 15 minutes of no response your appointment will be considered a No Show and a fee will apply ( For example: A 60 Minute session booked at $120 will be charged $60) If we are able to reach you and have the ability to honor the appointment no fee will apply. However, your session may be limited to any time that is left when you arrive.
For cancellations, if you book an appointment for 12:00 P.M. on a Tuesday and cancel after 12:00 P.M. on Monday a cancellation fee will apply (the rate is the same as a No Show fee) appointments can be difficult to refill and make up for the time lost. Extenuating circumstances will be exempt from our fee policy but, we do encourage you to be honest. We strongly enforce our policies so we can consistently provide the best care possible with respect to all of our clients.
